Four facts worth being clear about
- Every game has a house edge. Play enough rounds and the expected result is a loss. That is true for Aviator, a live table and every slot. It is how the games are built.
- Gambling isn't income. One good week doesn't make it earnings, any more than a bad week makes it a debt you're owed back.
- No system beats an independent-round edge. Martingale, Fibonacci, prediction apps, signal channels. None of them changes the odds of a single round. They only change how fast the money moves.
- Chasing losses is where real harm starts. Almost every serious gambling problem runs through one belief, that the next bet gets the last one back.
Limits and breaks on your IN101 account
These are the standard tools. Look for them in the IN101 app's account settings. If you cannot find one, ask IN101 support to set it for you.
| Deposit limits | A daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can add. Set it before a session starts, while you are calm. |
|---|---|
| Time reminders | Set a phone alarm before you start. Fast-round games make time pass quicker than you think. |
| Cooling-off | A fixed break of days or weeks when you cannot deposit or play. |
| Self-exclusion | A long or permanent block on the account. Ask support if you want one. |
To ask for a limit, a break or a block, message IN101 support in the app or through the Telegram bot. You do not have to give a reason.
Warning signs
These are the ones that matter. Two of them together is reason enough to act now.
- Playing with money meant for rent, bills, food or school fees, and telling yourself it will be back before anyone notices.
- Borrowing to play. Selling things to fund a deposit.
- Depositing again straight after a loss, to win it back.
- Hiding how much or how often you play from people close to you.
- Playing longer than you meant to, most of the times you play.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you're not playing.
- Chasing a bonus's wagering with stakes you wouldn't otherwise make.
Practical steps that work
- Set the limit now
Decide the number while you're calm and put it in the app. A limit set in advance is the only kind that holds during a bad session.
- Remove stored payment methods
Delete saved payment details on your phone. A little friction protects you. Instant deposits do the opposite.
- Tell one person the real number
Secrecy is what lets a problem grow. Saying the true figure out loud to one person, once, does more than you'd expect.
- Self-exclude if limits aren't holding
Broken your own limit more than once? Then a limit is the wrong tool now. Exclusion is the right one.
- Talk to a professional
Free, confidential services exist and plenty of people use them. They're listed below.

| KIRAN | National mental-health rehabilitation helpline. 1800-599-0019. Free, 24/7, 13 languages. |
| Gamblers Anonymous India | Free peer support meetings, in person and online. Search "Gamblers Anonymous India" for the current meeting list in your city. |

If it is someone else
Start with concern, not blame. Do not lend money. Do not pay off their losses either. It removes the one thing that pushes them to change and leaves the problem where it was. The helplines above take calls from family members too, and calling one yourself is a good first step.
18+ Real-money gaming is for adults only. In India it is governed by both central legislation and your own state's rules, and the position changes. See our disclaimer. If you are under 18, or real-money online gaming is prohibited where you are, do not play.
