Where to log in
There are only two places. The IN101 app on your Android phone, and the IN101 web version on iPhone or a laptop. Both use the same account. A login page that came to you in a chat is neither of these, even if the logo looks right.
How to log in
- Open the IN101 app
On Android, open the IN101 app you installed from the IN101 APK (current build 2.3.5, 21.1 MB). No app yet? Get it from the IN101 APK download section. No account yet? Go to IN101 register.
- Enter your mobile number
Type the 10 digits after +91. Use the same number you registered with. A different number means a different account.
- Finish what the screen asks for
Follow the prompts on the login screen. Type any code or password only there, never in a chat or on another site.
Can't get in? Try these in order
- Read the number back. One wrong digit points to somebody else's account, or to none.
- Check your signal. Turn airplane mode on and off, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Check the SIM. On a dual-SIM phone, make sure the registered number is the one active in the phone you are holding.
- Check the app is real. A copied or old APK can fail in odd ways. The Is IN101 safe? page shows how to compare your file with the real one.
- Wait a few minutes. Many tries in a row can slow things down. Take a short break and try once more.
- Ask support. IN101 lists 24/7 customer service. You can reach it in the app or through the official Telegram bot.
New number, lost SIM or stolen phone
Your IN101 account is tied to your mobile number. If you no longer have that number, only IN101 customer service can help you get back in. Ask them what they need to confirm the account is yours. Anyone in a Telegram group or on WhatsApp who offers to do it for a fee is not IN101.
Keep your login to yourself
Nobody from IN101 needs your login code or password. If a call or a message asks you to read one out, hang up. Type your details only into the IN101 app or the official IN101 site.

What do I use to log in to IN101?
The +91 mobile number you registered with. Type the 10 digits and follow what the login screen asks for next. If you have not made an account yet, register first. It takes one form.
Can I log in to the IN101 app on an iPhone?
There is no IN101 app on the App Store. On an iPhone, open the IN101 web version in Safari, log in with the same number, then tap Share > Add to Home Screen. After that it opens like an app.
I can't log in. What should I check first?
Check the number on screen digit by digit, make sure you have signal, and make sure you opened the real IN101 app and not a copy. If it still fails, message IN101 customer service. It runs 24/7 inside the app and through the official Telegram bot.
I changed my phone number. How do I get back in?
Only IN101 customer service can help with this, because the account is tied to your number. Contact them through the app or the official Telegram bot and ask what they need from you. Nobody else can move your account.
Someone sent me an IN101 login link. Is it safe?
Treat it as fake. Log in only inside the IN101 app or on the official site. A link from a WhatsApp forward or a Telegram DM can open a copy of the login screen that steals your details. Never share a login code or password with anyone.
